ICAI Exam 2025 Postponed: Keeping in mind the tense and unsafe situation prevailing in the country, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has decided to postpone the remaining papers of the CA examination to be held in May 2025. Candidates who have registered for this Chartered Accountant exam can check the official information by visiting the ICAI website icai.org.
ICAI said, "Keeping in view the current tense situation in the country and security concerns, it is informed that the remaining papers of CA Final, Intermediate and Post-Qualification Course (International Taxation Assessment Test - INTT AT) to be held from 9 May to 14 May 2025 have been postponed."
Joint Examination Secretary CA Anand Kumar Chaturvedi said, "Candidates are advised to check the institute's website www.icai.org regularly for updates."
As per the previous schedule, the ICAI CA May 2025 exam dates were scheduled between May 2 and 14. In the CA Intermediate exam, Group 1 papers were to be held on May 3, 5, and 7, while Group 2 exams were scheduled for May 9, 11, and 14. Similarly, in the CA Final exam, Group 1 papers were to be held on May 2, 4 and 6 and Group 2 papers on May 8, 10 and 13, 2025.
The intermediate course exams were to be conducted every day from 2 pm to 5 pm. At the same time, in the final course exams, the time for papers 1 to 5 was fixed from 2 pm to 5 pm, while the exam time for paper 6 was kept from 2 pm to 6 pm. Now the new dates for all these papers will be announced after the situation becomes normal.
