• ≤ 8 minutes: 20 marks

• 8 – 10 minutes: 10 marks

• > 10 minutes: Disqualified

💰 Pay Scale and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a salary as per the Pay Band ₹5200–₹20200 with Grade Pay ₹1800, along with allowances as per Jharkhand government rules.
