The Delhi Development Authority ( DDA) has launched a housing scheme in East Delhi offering over 1,000 flats.
This will be the tallest building in the National Capital, with 48 storeys standing at 155 meters.
At the time of auction, successful bidders will be required to deposit 75% of the flat cost, with the remaining 25% payable by July 2026, when possession is expected.
The base reserve price for the flats ranges from Rs 1.78 crore - Rs 3.09 crore and the plinth area ranges from 142 sqm - 250 sqm.
The registration at the Delhi’s first TOD Project will begin from October 31, 2025.
Spread across 30 hectares, the East Delhi Hub is being developed as a mixed-use urban centre, integrating residential, commercial, and civic spaces.
The foundation stone of the project was laid by the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah in December, 2019.
The project faced several hurdles including obstacles in the form of inordinate delay in forest clearances and provision of water and sewerage services by the then Delhi Government.
Located adjacent to the Karkardooma Interchange Metro Station, the project offers direct connectivity to both the Blue and Pink Line. It also enjoys excellent road connectivity via NH-9, NH-24, and other arterial routes linking Central, East, and South Delhi, apart from being in the immediate vicinity of Anand Vihar Railway Station and Anand Vihar ISBT.
Developed by DDA under the project management supervision of NBCC and constructed by Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd., the project includes a large central green area of 20,000 sq.mtr with a peripheral jogging track.
