The two-day free artificial limb implantation camp, organized for the empowerment of Divyangjans from Haridwar and nearby areas, concluded successfully today. In this public service camp, more than 250 Divyang beneficiaries were provided with artificial hands, legs, callipers, crutches, and other assistive devices free of cost.
Seeing the success of the camp, it was decided that such camps will be organized every three to four months.

On this auspicious occasion, the founder of Patanjali Yogpeeth, Param Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj, and the Joint General Secretary Acharya Balkrishna Ji Maharaj were personally present. Both distributed the assistive devices to the beneficiaries and encouraged them on the path of self-reliance.

Acharya Balkrishna Ji also interacted with the Divyangjans present at the camp and said, “The objective of Patanjali is not just Ayurvedic health, but to make every human being self-reliant — this is our service to the nation.”
This noble service initiative was successfully conducted with the cooperation of Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti, Udhaar Seva Samiti, experienced doctors, skilled technicians, and dedicated volunteers from the Patanjali Seva Department.

In addition to distributing the devices, proper arrangements were also made for measurement, fitting, physiotherapy, and counseling for the beneficiaries.
