Due to these mistakes, weakness can be felt in the body after eating food, stomach can get upset, gas or bloating and many other problems can occur. The doctor says that mistakes made after eating food slowly start damaging the body. That is why some mistakes should be avoided in particular.
One should not drink tea or coffee immediately after eating food. Tea or coffee contain caffeine and tannins which do not allow iron absorption. This increases fatigue and weakness.
If you drink a lot of water immediately after eating food, then digestive enzymes start getting diluted and gas or bloating starts.
Another big mistake that people often make immediately after eating food is to lie down after eating food. If one lies down immediately after eating food, it triggers acid reflux. Also, this habit also becomes the reason for weight gain.
It is not advisable to eat fruits after meals. If fruits are eaten after having food, they start fermenting which can cause stomach gas.
Brushing immediately after having food is also a big mistake. The doctor says that if teeth are brushed immediately after having food, then the upper layer of the teeth i.e. enamel can get damaged or removed. That is why teeth should be brushed at least half an hour after having food.
The doctor says that if these mistakes related to food are avoided, then health remains good and these health problems do not occur again and again.
