Shoppers looking for affordable headphones that don't compromise on quality can look to JLab's latest budget-friendly pair. Priced at £34.99 down from £49.99, the Go Laux Anc On-Ear Headphones have been praised for their all-day comfort and impressive seven-hour battery life, making them a great choice for commuting, studying or everyday listening.
Available in a range of colours - mauve, graphite, cloud and sage - the headphones combine comfort, style and great sound in one place. With over 70 hours of playtime, shoppers can enjoy their music, podcasts or calls with a decent amount of charge time.
They feature Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling (up to 30dB) to block out background noise, plus a Be Aware mode so people can still stay alert to what's happening around them when needed. The Cloud Foam earcups and headband make them comfortable for long listening sessions.

Sound quality is said to be crisp and immersive thanks to 40mm drivers and built-in spatial audio. Buyers can also customise their sound through the JLab app, tailoring the audio to their preferences.
Other handy features include Bluetooth multipoint, meaning it's possible to connect to two devices at once, noise-cancelling mics for clearer calls, Google Fast Pair for quick setup and Labshare audio, which lets shoppers share what they're listening to with compatible Jlab headphones.
For some variety, there is also the JLB Live Over-Ear Wired & Wireless Headphonesfrom Argos, priced at £159.99. Although more expensive, these headphones have been rated highly and have a range of high-quality features, such as 67% noise cancellation, on-ear controls, they are foldable and have a battery life of 65 hours.
Currys also have the SONY Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Headphones for £399 on its website. These are over-ear headphones, have active noise-cancelling features, a battery life up to 30 hours and come with a microphone, volume, playback and function controls.

The JLab headphones have an almost perfect rating from some 124 reviews online. One person said: "Comfortable, easy to use and great sound/audio quality." Another wrote: "I love these headphones and the sound is booming. I love how they fold up for travelling. The battery is nice. I can't wait to buy another pair for my sons."
A third reviewer wrote: "All day comfort. Literally wear these from morning to night. They're that comfortable, and the battery just goes on and on. Haven’t even mentioned how good the sound is!"
It is worth noting that some people did have slight issues, as one said: "These headphones have all the features of more expensive branded headphones. Noise cancelling is not exceptional, but enough for me, and the price is very reasonable."
Another said: "Not bad quality, wish the sound was a little louder. The headphones do get uncomfortable after long use so maybe having the ear part of the headphones being slightly larger would be more beneficial."
