Eamonn Holmes has set the record straight, denying he's been 'snubbed' by a GB News colleague after speculation arose among fans.
The veteran presenter, 65, stepped in for Nana Akua on Sunday outside of his regular slot to cover her show while she celebrated her engagement.
On Saturday, he clarified for his followers, announcing: "Nana has her engagement party tomorrow, so I'm delighted to be hosting her Sunday Show from 3 to 6 p.m. I'm really looking forward to it and your company on Telly and Radio."

Confronting fan conjecture head-on, one had voiced their concerns, remarking: "So, no invite for you then? Harsh, but you'll cope, I'm sure," prompting Eamonn to quickly retort: "Going as soon as I finish."
He further elaborated to another viewer about his role, noting: "Oh no, but I will probably be doing more for the Station at different times," reports the Express.
Eamonn usually presents the morning news programme from 6am on the channel, which underwent a shake-up recently as his co-host Isabel Webster was replaced by Ellie Costello.
Fans were left shocked by the change in the presenting line-up, but Eamonn hit back after one commented that he "did nothing" while Isabel was "sacked".
After Eamonn shared his enthusiasm for returning post-Christmas break and making the show "fresh, bright and different," he was met with criticism from an individual as reported by Metro: "Your mate got sacked for not being right-wing enough, and you sat back and did nothing. With friends like you..."
The former This Morning anchor clapped back: "And u know nothing!”
When Isabel's exit from the network was made public, Eamonn took to GB News' X account to say: "Bye, my girl x."
Recently, Eamonn was spotted arm in arm with his new partner Katie Alexander, aged 43, as they turned up for Nana's engagement do.
Amid ongoing health woes, he was seen gripping a walking aid alongside Katie, whom he started seeing after his split from Loose Women star Ruth Langsford.
Eamonn has been candid about his health concerns with followers, having been admitted to the hospital just weeks ago due to a tumble at home that led him to think he was "dead".
He shared he had suffered the "sorest and most powerful" knock to his head, and was left hospitalised after the accident at home, explaining: "I was very worried about me. [I] fell on the bathroom floor and once I was down, I couldn't get up."
He said his "feet went up in the air" as the floor was "hard, cold, wet, and slippery".
"It was the worst bang to my head and shoulder," he continued, adding: "I went down and I said, 'I'm dead. ' I have never had a bang to the head as sore and as powerful as that before.
"I lay there and I thought, 'Where's the blood?'" There was nothing, no blood, no split, nothing like that."
Eamonn has suffered from chronic pain and mobility issues after slipping three discs in his back in 2021.
He underwent spinal surgery the following year but has suffered major health setbacks recently, heartbreakingly saying he was on "borrowed time" and "not OK".
