Ibiza's legendary party scene was rocked this weekendas a dramatic poolside brawl erupted at a popular hotel, with footage showing a woman copping a blow from a flying chair in the madness.
The wild clash at the renowned Marco Polo hotel in San Antonio was caught on camera and quickly went viral on Instagram after being uploaded by user @sanantonioibiza,showcasing the startling scenes.
What began as an idyllic sun-soaked afternoon by the pool spiralled into utter pandemonium as a group of holidaymakers tangled in a scrap, shocking bystanders and online viewers alike. The video shows several individuals grappling and losing their footing on the slick surfaces around the pool area, adding to the turmoil.

During the uproar, a man dressed in navy shorts is spotted lobbing a chair in the direction of others already in the water. A woman wearing a dark swimsuit gets caught up in the brawl and topples over, while two more stumble over strewn chairs.
Despite a lifeguard attempting to intercept the airborne chair, his efforts are in vain as the chaos mounts. Additional members of the hotel team are seen hurrying over with hopes of calming the storm, reports the Daily Star.
Ironically, all this unfolded beneath a sign that read "Good Vibes Only". Adding to the irony, Jess Glynne's hit song Hold My Hand, famously used as the upbeat anthem for Jet2Holidays, can be heard playing clearly in the background.
The Instagram footage was humorously titled: "Yeah, a chair flew... but so did the vibes. Only at Marco Polo #ibizaexperience #ibizaunfiltered".
The comments section exploded with reactions from viewers, left both horrified and amused by the clip. One user joked: "The message on the wall is the best thing", while another pointed out: "The more you watch, the more you see."
Yet, some were concerned for the woman's welfare, questioning: "Is anyone going to see how that poor woman is doing?" A few connected the brawl to wider issues, remarking: "No wonder the Spanish people are striking."
The cause of the fight remains unknown, and hotel staff have yet to comment on the incident.
Despite the uncertainty, the video has gone viral, sparking renewed discussions about tourism, behaviour, and respect in one of Europe's most popular holiday hotspots.
