A woman and her husband were left gobsmacked when their neighbour thought it was acceptable for them to allow their daughter's pals to use their lawn as a makeshift car park. Opting for a peaceful solution, the couple ingeniously blocked off the area with pots while they were away for the weekend, hoping to deter any vehicular trespassers.
Liv Bee took to TikTok to share the cheeky tale. With a mischievous grin, she captioned her video: "Our neighbour lets her teenage daughter's friends park in our yard, so my husband put these pots on our property line before we left town to go on a trip."
Upon returning, they discovered the pots had been moved and the cars were back on their grass. Liv revealed instead of causing a row, her husband decided to set up his folding chair and wait "for them to come out" to address the issue directly on his turf.

She added a warning for the teens involved, typing out: "Sweeties, if you're reading this, be prepared. This man has been in a car with his two kids, his wife, and two dogs for a whole day.
"He's in rare form, ladies," Liv wrote, showing her husband defiantly rearranging the pots around the cars in a sly act of retribution.
The comment section exploded with disbelief at the neighbours' brazen encroachment onto private land, sparking calls for decisive action.
One individual sternly suggested: "Call a tow truck. One company for each car. Don't pay attention to which one gets which car."
Frustration simmered as another posited that such flagrant disrespect was only possible due to a lack of consequences. "They knew they weren't supposed to be parking there, or they wouldn't have moved the markers! No accountability is why people pull this s***," raged a TikTok user.
A different commenter detailed their guileful countermeasure: "Had a neighbour behind me continue using my side lot to drive through to his I asked him to stop multiple times and even put signs up for private property no trespassing."
They continued, revealing their clever retaliation: "So I eventually put a board with nails in the ground, which just happened to be in the tracks he drove. I used those nails to help clean the grass and leaves off my rake for lawn maintenance. How was I supposed to know it was gonna get his tires?"
Terms such as "weird" and "entitled" flew freely from some commentators regarding the audacious neighbours, with others pressing Liv and her hubby to confront them - although, by all accounts, dialogue had previously proven futile.
The exasperation culminated in a stark proclamation from a vexed observer: "I said it on a different post today, but I'll say it again, the level of audacity and entitlement in the world is astronomical," she declared.
Another individual weighed in, expressing frustration with the attitude towards private property: "Anyone saying that these property owners shouldn't care about people parking on their grass after asking and putting up things to make it obvious they don't want people there... are the problem.
"These same people are teaching their children to be entitled and disrespectful."
