Scottish broadcaster Ross King and professional dancer Jowita Przystał were the latest dancing duo to be voted off the BBC dance competition. Jowita broke her silence shortly after the episode airedwith a heartfelt message where she said she was 'so grateful' to have shared her 2025 dancing journey with Ross.
Ross was voted off Strictly in a unanimous vote by the judges after going head-to-head with EastEnders legend Balvinder Sopal in this weeks dance off. Ross was the second person to be voted off after Thomas Skinner, who danced with pro Amy Dowden, was voted off last week.
Taking to Instagram to share her thoughts and emotions on her journey, Jowita wrote: "What a month it’s been. Thank you so much @therossking for all your hard work, commitment, and for every laugh and tear we shared along the way.

"I hope when you look back, you feel proud of what we’ve done, because I certainly am. I’m so grateful to have shared this journey with you, and I hope you’ll keep on dancing (and not just the slosh ).
The professional dancer added: "A huge thank you to everyone who works on the show, you are truly the best in the business, and none of this would be possible without you. And to everyone who voted, supported, and showed such kindness.
"Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope we’ve managed to entertain you every Saturday night.
"Good luck to all the remaining couples, you’re absolute superstars and I can’t wait to cheer you on every week. J."
Jowita also shared a carousel of sweet images from her time practicing with Ross this year, including some behind the scenes videos of them dancing together in rehearsals. She was flooded with support from fans who said she should be 'proud' of herself.
One person commented: "So proud, Ross had improved so much and i will miss watching you both (and the tiktok’s) you are just incredible!!!", while another added: "going to miss you guys proud of you both!!!!".
A third chimed in: "so gutted for you both but watching ross improve every week was been such a joy. you’re truly such an incredible teacher ! sending you so much love".
It follows after Pete Wicks gushed over Jowita, one year on from when they competed together on Strictly Come Dancing together and reached the semi-final. The former TOWIE star reached the semi-final last year alongside his professional partner and said some sweet words prior to her exit from the show.
Pete insisted that as long as Ross 'listened' to everything she had to tell him, he had every chance of doing well in the competition. He said on Lorraine last week: "If Jowita can drag me to the semi-final...she can work miracles! Ross is a better dancer than I was, so all he's got to do is listen to Jowita!"
But unfortunately Pete's predictions were wrong and Ross and Jowita will now be watching the show from the sidelines.
