- Experts say that this tea cleans the arteries, reduces bad cholesterol and improves heart health.
- Ginger contains gingerol. It reduces bad cholesterol and inflammation of the artery walls.
- Garlic contains allicin. It is considered very beneficial in reducing bad cholesterol. It can also reduce the accumulation of plaque in the arteries.
- Cloves contain eugenol. This reduces oxidative stress and may improve blood lipid profile.
- Cinnamon reduces bad cholesterol and triglycerides and improves blood circulation.
- Lemon is rich in vitamin C and anti-oxidants. It works to reduce cholesterol, improve heart health and detox the body .
- Water – 1 glass
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Cloves- 2
- Cinnamon - 1 small piece
