
A former official has been jailed for rape and seual assault after evading justice for over 12 years. Steven Wilson, 55, committed the crime in 2009 and was handed a nine-year prison sentence at Worcester Crown Court on Monday.
Wilson, who was previously known as Steven Dorr, subjected the victim to a 'degrading and humiliating' ordeal at his former home. The victim had been lured to the residence by Wilson, who promised to take them to a party with 'lots of girls.' However, the victim, who had never met Wilson before, arrived at the property to find it empty, with the former referee locking the door behind them.
