The video creator that posts shared one specific make that he says is worth investing in.

The expert showcased a 2018 Volvo XC90 T6 Polestar and branded it as the ultimate car choice, particularly for those looking for a "seven seat family" one.

He said: "Polestar is the performance arm of Volvo like AMG's to Mercedes. They focus on engine upgrades, faster gearbox changes, and better handling."

According to Earl, Volvo's mission is to build cars that should not crash, with their Vision 2020 being that no one should be killed or seriously injured in a new Volvo car.

He also revealed the safety features that come with the car, including a seat belt that will "tighten all the occupants bracing for impact" if the driver veers off the road.

The seats have energy absorbers that help prevent spinal injury during a hard landing. The automatic braking is another feature Earl highlights in the video, as well as radars at the back of the car, energy-absorbing backrests and blind spot assists in the mirrors.

Volvo invented three-point safety belts in 1959 and made the patent available to all car manufacturers for free. The car also uses hot formed Boron, the strongest steel in the car industry "to provide maxium protection to the occupants".

As well as safety features, the XC90 also comes with a series of luxury features, such as heated seats and a massage system.
