Lisa Faulkner made a cryptic comment about "taking the lows with the highs" on her honeymoon to ex-MasterChef judge John Torode. The pair tied the knot in October 2020 at Oxfordshire's Aynhoe Park before jetting off for a tropical holiday - but one that was beset by torrential downpours, soaking their beachfront oasis - five years before he was sacked by the BBC.
John, 59, admitted the weather was "miserable" in a video posted to Instagram at the time, with Lisa questioning her new husband: "What's the weather like, Johnno?" as he replied: "The weather tonight is a little bit wet, it's actually f***ing miserable outside, it's p***ing with rain!"
Lisa, 53, added: "It's pouring! But we don't care. What's on the radio?"
Later, Lisa posed in a variety of incredible bikini snaps when the sun had come out again, writing: "I nearly didn't put this pic up as I know how rubbish it can be seeing people on holiday, especially in January.
"But it's my honeymoon and I want to celebrate my husband @johntorodecooks and the fact that without the lows we can't appreciate the highs, and also that in this pic I'm smiling even though I have just done my back in falling off a wakeboard!"
In a sweet nod to her husband, Lisa wore a chain with both their initials - an L and a J - around her neck.

The couple didn't get to celebrate their honeymoon until three months after their wedding day, which saw Lisa walked down the aisle by her daughter Billie, who was her Best Woman in the ceremony. Her nieces, Lola and Eva-Rose, acted as bridesmaids.
Before his marriage to Lisa, John was married to Jessica Thomas from 2000 before they divorced in 2014. Lisa, meanwhile, was married to Chris Coghill from 2005 until 2011.
