Upon their arrival at Wimbledon this afternoon, Prince William and Princess Kate presented their eldest children Princess Charlotte and Prince George to men's doubles champions Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool.
The heartwarming moment was decoded by lip-reading specialist Jeremy Freeman, who revealed that Kate, 43, enquired about the duration of the British duo's partnership. Addressing Charlotte, 10, and George, 11, she remarked: "Wow, how about that? So, they only just started playing together ten months ago. And go on to win Wimbledon."
Brimming with excitement, Charlotte responded: "Oh, wow."
George, meanwhile, according to Jeremy, commented: "Mmm nice, yeah."
Kate then added: "Not bad is it."

Charlotte's animated reaction comes as little surprise, given royal commentator Ingrid Seward's previous observations about her passion for the sport. Speaking to The Sun, she revealed: "Charlotte has always loved tennis, and mum Kate took her to Hurlingham when she was quite young to play tennis there. Tennis is a big family thing on both sides."
The royals are attending Wimbledon to witness defending champion Carlos Alcaraz battle world number one Jannik Sinner for the title.
Kate will once again present the trophy on Centre Court to the victor, following her duties at yesterday afternoon's women's singles final.

The Princess of Wales, who serves as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, was greeted with thunderous applause yesterday upon entering the Royal box at Centre Court. Jeremy reported that Kate, acknowledging the crowd, remarked: "Thanks. Hi."
She then turned to an unseen individual and commented: "Sweet, very nice to hear!"
Attending solo without her husband and children, she witnessed Poland's Iga Siatek triumph over American Amanda Anisimova with a commanding 6-0, 6-0 victory in the decidedly one-sided final.
After the match, Kate displayed her characteristic grace by telling the runner-up: "You should be so proud, well done, and enjoy yourself."
In a conversation backstage, she advised the champion Swiatek: "Ensure you have some downtime."
She further complimented: "Wonderful, extraordinary achievement, very well done. Congratulations and enjoy it. Enjoy the celebrations back home."
