Nagpur: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Rajkumar Kewalramani Junior College, in association with the National Council for Promotion of Sindhi Language (NCPSL), organised a vibrant programme themed ‘Karo Yog, Raho Nirog; (Do Yoga, Stay Healthy) on its campus. Renowned yoga instructors Chand Tekchandani and Devdatt Acharya guided participants through effective yoga practices. Dr Vandana Khushalani, NCPSL member and former principal, emphasised yoga as the key to joyful living and mental focus.
Prof Vijay Kewalramani, the event coordinator and president of Sindhu Navyuvak Mandal, urged everyone to make yoga a daily habit for a healthier India. Waliaram Sahajramani, president of Pujya Ghotki Panchayat, highlighted yoga's role in overcoming modern lifestyle ailments.
Principal Neelam Ahuja, Kailash Kewalramani, Richa Kewalramani, Rajiv Gyanchandani, Manju Kungwani, and others played key roles in the event. The programme began with garlanding portraits of revered saints and concluded with a vote of thanks by Richa Kewalramani. Prof Mitali Mehta compered the event.
