BYD has officially launched the 2025 BYD Seal in India, with prices starting at ₹41 lakh (ex-showroom). After selling over 1,300 units of the Seal in its debut year, the Chinese automaker has introduced several enhancements across the lineup for the 2025 model year, improving comfort, technology, and driving dynamics.

The updates include a power sunshade, a silver-plated dimming canopy, and an upgraded air-conditioning system featuring a larger compressor and an advanced air purification module.

Key Updates to the 2025 BYD Seal

• Premium Variant: Now features Frequency Selective Dampers (FSD) to enhance ride quality.

• Performance Variant: Equipped with the DiSus-C intelligent damping system for better handling and comfort.

• Tech Enhancements: Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard across all variants. A new sound wave function has also been introduced to improve the acoustic environment inside the cabin.

• Using a 7 kW AC charger, a full charge (0 to 100%) takes approximately 12 hours.

• The Dynamic variant can charge from 0 to 85% using a 110 kW DC fast charger.

• The Premium and Performance variants support up to 150 kW DC fast charging, enabling faster top-ups.
